Layout: Written in 16 long line; ruled in violet ink.
Script: Written in gothic textualis quadrata media.

Decoration: Two 5-line historiated initials also accompanied by an outer bracket border: fol. 21v (the letter O historiated with angels crowning the Virgin), fol. 26r (the letter O historiated with the Pietà). Gold dentelle initials with white patterning on grounds of blue and magenta throughout. Traced band borders on rectos and versos, facing folios, and on versos of facing folios.
Origin: Written in France in about 1460.
