Collation: Paper, fol. iii + 44 + ii; 1-58 64; catchwords.
Layout: fol. 1-31 in 35 long lines; fol. 32r-43v in 35 lines in two columns; ruled in plummet; pricking visible on some folios.
Script: Written lettre bâtarde media.
Decoration: fol. 1r: gold dentelle initial decorated with white patterning on a ground of red-brown and blue 4 lines high. In first text, every fourth initial in red; in second text, every twelfth initial in red; other washed in yellow; fol. 1r and 32r, place for miniatures left blank.
Origin: Written in France in the first half of the 15th century.
Former owner's 16th century inscription: Bonchart.
