Collation: Parchment, fol. i + 82 (modern foliation includes flyleaf); 1-98 1010; quire 2-5 cathwords in rectangles and quires numbered primus, secundus, etc., in similar rectangles to the left of the catchwords; quire 3 rectangle in red.
Layout: Written in 31 long lines; ruled in plummet; prickings visible in outer margins.
Script: Written in Italian gothic textualis media.
Decoration: fol. 1r: red and blue flourished initials 8 lines high extended to form border in upper margin; alternating minor red and blue initials with contrasting flourishes.
Origin: Written in the Augustinian priory of San Marco, Verona in 1294 by Tomaxinus.
Remnants of a wax drop seal on flyleaf.
Notes and nota marks with pointing hands, 14th century in Italian gothic cursiva.
Inscription on fol. 83r: Et ego Antonius quondam magistri Andree Fabri habitator quadruuii publica imperiali auctoritate notarius et iudex ordinarius suprascriptis omnibus et singulis presens fui et ea rogatus fideliter scripsi et publicaui. cf. transcription note of 18th century attached to verso of front cover.
Inscription "Ista summa est Iacobi de Rudubrio[?]" visible only under ultraviolet light, traces of four heraldic devices and a notarial seal; many notes by various hands greatly effaced, one dated 1420; another is a Hebrew inscription, possibly recording the use of this books as collateral for a loan. - Keyword:
