Collation: Parchment with paper flyleaves, fol. iii + 146 +i; 1-138 146 15-178 1812.
Layout: Written in 35 lines in double columns; quire 17 written in 34 lines; quire 18 written in 31 lines; ruled in plummet and hard point with single boundary lines.
Script: Written in protogothic textualis and caroline textualis by several hands.
Decoration: Red and green patterned initials 7-10 lines high.
Origin: Written in England in the middle of the 12th century at Saint Mary's Reading.
Former owner: J. Reynoldes.
Former owner's signature: T. Fownes.
