Cover title added in later hand: Pancarte.
Layout: Written in 25 long lines.
Script: Written in a rounded gothic bookhand, in brown ink.
Decoration: Alternating red and blue painted initials throughout, multi-colored initials in blue and red (fol. 1, 1v), space left empty above beginning of text, possibly for decoration.
Origin: Internal references to events, the church of Saint Martha and a king, Louis I or Louis II, suggest a date towards the end of the 14th century.
Provenance: Some marginal notes in a later hand in French (fol. 1v, 5v, 8, 8v, 11v, 14v, 15v)
