Error in added (seventeenth-century) foliation: leaf 34 omitted.
Copied by a single hand, writing a variety of scripts; rubricated, decorated initials in blue and red, calligraphic initials in red, large penwork initials in text ink.
Final four leaves in later hand on paper.
Large blank areas on leaves 1r, 8r, 33v, 38r, 43r, 45r, 57r 64r, 67r, 69r, and 73v intended perhaps for illumination.
Plain chant notation.
Laid in: notes dated 2/3/[18]78 suggesting that the list of antiphons refers specifically to Bruges.
