Collation: Parchment, fol. 136; 18(-1) 2-98 1010(+1, 2) 11-128 1310 14-178.
Layout: Written in 20-24 long lines, above line; frame-ruled in lead; prickings in outer margin (some leaves trimmed, lacking prickings).
Script: Written in two romanesque hands.
Decoration: Plain red initials, placed outside the written space, usually 3- or 4-lines high, some with simple penwork; fol. 1-2: red initials with green tendrils; 1-line initials within the text touched in red; 1-line red initials with 2nd hand; rubrics supplied in red throughout.
Origin: Written in the 2nd half of the 12th century in Belgium.
Contemporary corrections to the text.
Pen trials on fol.136v, including 2 lines in red, badly rubbed.
Later annotations in a Germanic language on fols. 22v, 135v.
