Collation: Paper (bears a circular watermark with a anvil(?) in the interior, partially obscured by the binding; fol. 4; one quire of 4 leaves, possibly from a larger codex.
Layout: Written in 24 long lines beginning on the second ruled line; ruled in hard point, left boundary line in plummet.
Script: Written in gothic textualis media, incorporating numerous humanistic traits.
Decoration: Initials marked in violet, every eighth line marked with a simple violet cross.
Origin: Written in central Italy in the middle of the 15th century.
