Layout: fol. 1r-30v: Written in 26 long lines, beginning on the 2nd ruled line; fol. 31r-97v: Written in 28 long lines, beginning on the 1st ruled line; ruled in dry point.
Script: fol. 1r-30v: Written in humanistic cursiva media by one hand; fol. 31r-97v, the same script of slightly inferior grade by Bassianus Villanis.
Origin: fol. 1r-30v: Written in Florence by and unknown scribe; fol. 31r-93v: completed outside of Florence by Bassianus de Villanis, October 24, 1480, signed and dated on fol. 94.
Former owner's inscription: fol. i: "Hic liber est mei Bassiani de Uillanis quem manu propria scripsi exceptis primis 3 qu[at]ernis, quos portavi ex Florentia, nam dono dati fuerunt."
