Formerly part of Oxford, Bodleian Library, Hatton 10.
Collation: Parchment, fol. 16 (unbound).
Layout: Written in 40 long lines; ruled in hard point.
Script: Written in legal cursiva anglicana formata, showing infusion of secretary traits; headings in gothic textualis quadrata formata.
Decoration: Three illuminated gold initials 4 lines high decorated with white floral patterns on grounds of red-brown and blue; alternating red and blue paragraph marks; partial floral marginal decoration in green, blue, red-brown, and gold.
Origin: Written in England in the 15th century, certainly before 1495, date of the last statute added to Hatton 10, fol. 1r, has inscription "Modus tenendi parliamenti" in hand of approximately 1500, recopied on the same folio in a 17th century hand.
