Addressed to Henry V, while Prince of Wales.
Collation: Parchment and paper (tête de boeuf watermark, cf. Briquet, 14938), outer bifolio of each quire is parchment, fol. 80; 1-108; catchwords in large scrolls.
Layout: Written in 39-35 long lines; frame ruled in lead.
Script: Written in secretary cursiva media.
Origin: Written in England in the middle of the 15th century. Fol. 80v note of scribe "Jhesu Maria, Helpe me, Amen."
Decoration: Initials 8 lines high, blue with red flourishes; similar smaller flourished initials throughout.
