Collation: Paper (watermarked with cloche, not in Briquet but similar to 3965 sqq.), fol. 107 ; 1-812 912 (-12) ; quire 2 numbered "2us", quire 3 "3us", on lower margin of initial leaf
Layout: Written in 2 columns in 45-49 lines; frame ruled in brown ink for 2 columns and a special column for the initial letter of each entry.
Script: Written in gothic cursive media; fol. 107v, colophon in gothic textura.
Decoration: Each alphabetical section begins with a simple Germanic red initials; red line fillers and paragraph marks; initials letter of each entry touched in red.
