Collation: Paper (watermark of the Agnus Dei, cf. Briquet, 18), front flyleaf parchment, fol. ii + 60 + i (severe worm damage on fol. 57-60, small portion o text destroyed) ; 1-610 (leaves signed a1-f5) ; horizontal catchwords surrounded by 8 dots and dashes, 4 in ink of text and 4 in violet.
Layout: Written in 32-36 long lines.
Script: Written in humanistic cursiva media; headings in violet in script of text; fol. 8-14, running headings in violet.
Decoration: Minor violet initials throughout.
Origin: Written in 1476, dated on fol. 60v.
