Ms. on vellum in a formal Gothic bookhand of the middle of the XVth century from the Scriptorium of the Brothers of the Common Life in Northwest Netherlands or Germany. Plain-song in black on red four-line staves, with text below music notation. Numerous large and small illumniated initials, decorated with flowers. Some floral borders of similar design. Part of leaf 7 has been cut off. Half-leaf inserted between leaf 141 and leaf 142. Imperfect: lacking leaves 83-84, 103, 137, 154, 156. Music on end-paper.
