Manuscript music. Title devised by cataloger. Collation: Parchment, iv (paper) + fol. 19 212 34 4-710. Layout: Written in 5 or 6 lines of 4 line staff music. Script: Written in textura rotunda with several leaves of various semi-formal and italic hands. Decoration: Red and blue initials throughout, many with pen-flourishes. Origin: Written in northern Italy (or possibly Spain) in the late 15th century with several 16th century additions. Former owner: Henry Probasco. Forms part of the Henry Probasco Collection at the Newberry Library.
