Collation: Parchment, fol. 158; 12 28 39 4-108 117 12-178 184 198 204 211(some missing) 228 233.
Layout: Written in 6 long lines; frame-ruled in light red ink.
Script: Written in textura in several hands.
Decoration: Initials in gold on blue or red background; alternating blue, red, and black initials throughout.
Origin: Written in France, or possibly Flanders, probably in the 15th century.
Music: Red 4-line staves with black square notation; six staves per page.
Former owner's inscription: libris Jacobi Marie Joureta[?] anno 1800.
Manuscript addition in a later hand: square notation and text in black ink (fol. 154v-155v) "[rubr.] Pro martiris [text] Bone Jesu dulcis cu[n]ctis aetern[is] patris filiis praecamur p[ro] defunctis ..."; much of the text on fol. 155v is illegible. - Keyword:
