Collation: Parchment, fol. 348; 110(-1) 2-3410 3510(-10); catchwords present, partially trimmed; leaf signatures mostly trimmed.
Layout: Written in 36-38 lines in two columns, beginning on second ruled line; ruled in very light lead point without column for abbreviations; prickings partially visible in outer margins.
Script: Written in Italian gothic textualis media with one-story "a"; incipits in Italian gothic textualis formata with two-story "a"; fol. 60-69 written in humanistic cursica formata including some gothic traits.
Decoration: Alternating red and blue initials and paragraph marks.
Origin: Written in Italy at the end of the 14th century, except for fol. 60-69, written in the 15th century; headings added in the 15th century.
Written on upper margin of fol. 60r: YHS.
Former owner's 15th century marginal notes by an Italian hand.
Former owner's inscription, possibly16th century, fol. 348v: Zinn de noculo [?].
