Collation: Parchment, fol. 371 (original arabic foliation in red ink); 110(entirely removed) 2-3910 401(a single leaf, matches catchword on fol. 380v); vertical catchwords preceded and followed by a dot.
Layout: Written in 31 lines in two columns beginning on the second ruled line; special column for the gloss; ruled in plummet.
Script: Written in semi-gothic textualis media with occasional use of humanistic d, g, and long terminal s.
Origin: Written by friar Gabriel de Prato Alboyno in the Franciscan convent of Sant' Angelo in Milan in 1466. "Hanc summam pisanam per m inceptam in loco s.
