Other divisions begin with red initials with blue tipped with green flourishes alternating with blue initials with red tipped with green flourishes, 3 lines high. Origin: Written in Holland, probably in Enkhuizen, whose patron saint Gummar is in red in the calendar, after 1471, date of the election of Sixtus IV, to whom text 19 is attributed.
