Collation: Paper (watermark of a oiseau, cf. Briquet 12146), fol. 68; 112(-12) 210 310(-7) 410 510(-7) 610 710(an undetermined leaf lacking); vertical catchwords.
Layout: Written in 2 columns of 46 lines; ruled in pen.
Script: Written in humanistic cursiva media.
Decoration: fol. 1r, purple dentelle initial with white patterning on a ground of yellow, blue, and green, historiated with a feline or dog-like animal, accompanied by a piece of yellow floral spray border decorated with radiating gold disks, some in clusters of three; alternating red and blue minor initials throughout.
Origin: Written in Naples in 1468 by Petrus de Afelatro de Neapoli, signed at dated on fol. 47v and 67v.
