Collation: Parchment, fol. i + 70 + i; 1-710; vertical catchwords.
Layout: Written in 31 long lines; ruled in brown ink with double ruling on left to create a locus for minor rustic capitals at the beginning of paragraphs.
Script: Written in humanistic textualis formata.
Decoration: fol. 1, gold initial decorated with white ivy stem on a blue, green, and red ground; same but discrete decoration framed in gold; fol. 30 and 48, gold dentelle initials with gold and black patterning on grounds of violet and green.
Origin: Written in Italy, probably in northeastern Italy in the 15th century.
Marginal corrections by at least two hands.
Former owner's inscription: Marcii Tullii Ciceronis arpinatis consulisque romani ad Marcum filium officiorum codices perbelle scriptos misit.
