Text in an elegant italic script in brown ink, within two triple-ruled borders in red; ornamental scrolls and flowers in blue stenciled in each corner; four initials illuminated in gold and black against a small square landscape scene in color.
Contains three full-page color paintings, two bordered with red, black, and gold rules, and interleaved with sheets of pink silk: the four-part Torres Bermúdez coat of arms and armor in red, black, blue gold, silver, and green, encircled with feathery acanthus leaves in green, pink, yellow, blue, and purple; his family tree, complete with trunk and leaves; and, on leaf [3], a large stone...
