Collation: Parchment, fol. 52; register of quires undetermined; tears in parchment repaired by sewing.
Layout: Written in long lines; ruled in lead-point; directions to rubricator visible.
Script: Written in textura.
Decoration: Red initials with blue pen flourishing (some with yellow highlighting); blue initials with red pen flourishing (some with green highlighting); black caligraphic initials with yellow color wash; yellow color washed litterae notabiliores.
Music: Red 5-line staves with black square notation; six staves per page. Later revisions have been made to graduals and Alleluia versicles; revisions include scraping of music and text (some scraping and renotating appears to be contemporary) and adding paper pastedowns (blank or with blank staves) over sections of music (in many instances paper pastedowns have been removed) to truncate...
Origin: Written in Spain, 16th century. Probably Franciscan due to the inclusion of the feasts of St. Francis, the Stigmata of St. Francis, and St. Clare.
