Title on f. [i]r: Copia transactionis inter Reverendum[?] dominum prepositum et venerabilis domino canonicos privilegium[?] Arlatensis ecclesie super administratione.
Copy notarized by Petrus Agarius, after the original by Blasius Boysserius (f. 21v).
Collation: Paper, i (modern paper) + ii (19th-century paper) + 22 + i (modern paper); 1²²; [i], 1-21; near-contemporary foliation in ink, lower left recto.

Script: Written in a bâtarde script by two hands (first hand, f. 1r-4v; second hand, f. 5r-21v).
Decoration: Black strapwork initial (f. 1r).
Watermarks: Similar to Briquet 3536 (France, 1448-1472).
Binding: Modern blue cloth over cardboard.
Origin: Written in Arles, France (f. 1r), 4 July 1447 (f. 1r).
Description of the manuscript in French, probably 19th-century in date, bound in before f. [i].
Generally in good condition. Some staining on corners. Last folio slightly torn.
