Decoration: Red ink for caption title, letter divisions, 1- or 2-line initials at beginning of letters, and slashes marking first letter of sentences; manicules drawn in margin. Binding: Modern boards. Origin: Written in northern Italy in the late 14th century? (Zacour-Hirsch). Sold by Jacques Rosenthal (Munich), 1962.
