Origin: Copy completed on 9 Shawwāl 770(?) [May 17, 1369?] by ʻAbd al-ʻAzīz ibn Muḥammad al-Wāʻiẓ al-Ḥāfiẓ al-Aqshahrī (colophon text 1, fol. 158a). Two ownership statements (dated 1107 H. and 1244 H.), one with the impression of a stamp, and one gift statement by Muḥammad ʻAlī al-Anṣārī al-Ḥanafī on fol. 3a.
