Ms. codex. Title from colophon (fol. 316b). Physical description: 15 lines per page. Written in large naskh in black ink with use of red. Cream paper, glossy, with pulp and laid lines visible. Marginal annotations. According to the catchwords, some leaves are wanting (see between fol. 22 and 23). Water damaged, with loss of text. Inscriptions on spine: "Bāb al-ḥawḍ wa-al-shafāʻah min al-Ṣiḥāḥ" and "M Shahrī". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Ḥadīth thānī 55". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of upper cover: "459/2 Ḥāʼ". Origin: Copy completed in 834 H. (colophon, fol. 316b). Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
