Incipit: اخببرنا الشيخ الامام العالم يوسف بن جمهور بن جوهر المنجي غفر الله له قال اخبرنا الشيخ الامام العالم الحافظ تفي الدين ابو محمد عبد الغني بن عبد الواحد بن علي بن سرو[ر] المقدسي رحمة الله عليه قال الحمد لله الملك الجبّار الواحد القهار واشهد ان لا اله الا الله وحده لا شريك [---] السموات والارض وما بينهما العزيز الغفار ... اما بعد [---]ابى سالني اختصار جملة في احاديث الاحكام
Explicit: لم يكن له مال غيره فباعه بثمان مايه درهم ثم ارسل ثمنه اليه نجز الكتاب بحمد الله ومنه
Physical description: lines per page. Written in small casual naskh in black ink with use of red for headings. The text is vocalized. Cream paper with laid and chain lines visible. First page damaged with loss of text. Kabīkaj on verso of last folio (fol. 65b in the modern foliation). Inscriptions on the paper pastedowns. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (faulty).
Collation: Paper, fol. 67 ; 110 (-2, before fol. 1 ; modern foliation omits a leaf) 2-610 710 (-1, after last fol.) ; catchword on the verso of each line.
Origin: Copy completed on Friday 7 Ramaḍān 824 [Sept. 5, 1421] (in Arabic numerals) by ʻUthmān ibn al-shaykh Muḥammad ibn al-shaykh ʻAlī (lon colophon, fol. 65a).
Ownership statement in the name of Muḥammad and his brother Maḥmūd(?) on fol. 1a. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
