Crude illuminated headpiece (ʻunwān) in red, gold, and blue on fol. 1b. The text is framed within black, gold and blue lines. Fol. 1 consists of a later piece of paper pasted on the verso of an original fol. Fol. 29-60 are later replacements. Fol. 481b-483b: Blank. According to the colophon, copy completed on Yawm al-Arbaʻāʼ 8 Shaʻbān 840 by Maḥmūd ibn Amīr Aḥmad ibn Majd al-Dīn Ismāʻīl al-Qārī al-Shīrāzī (colophon, fol. 481a). Waqf statement in the name of ʻAlī Rāshid ibn Muḥammad al-Ghayātī(?) on fol. 1a, with seal.
