Title from beginning of text (fol. 1b, l. 9-10).
23 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. European glazed paper with watermark. Marginal annotations apparently by the same hand as the main text. Note in pencil after the colophon, mentioning the date 1339 H. [1920 or 1921]. Title on spine label (horizontal): "Jāmiʻ al-maqāl".
Copied by Riḍā Ibn al-Ḥusayn al-Salmānī al-Abarqūhī originally, now living in Qalʻah-yi Shahrsab (or Shahrīb), on 27 Jumādá al-Thānī 1235 [April 11, 1820] for? Ākhund Mullā ʻAlī (colophon, fol. 160a).
