On fol. 3a-b and 4a: Table of contents; notes mentioning the name of the copyist; several ownership statements. Fol. 1 to 4 are fly-leaves with inscriptions. Inscription in gold on spine: "Majmūʻat fawāʼid [next line] ʻUthmān Nūrī Khaṭīb Dūmā". Inscription in Arabic on a modern label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Raqm 357." Secret/magic alphabet of Ikhwān al-Ṣafāʼ on fol. 171b.
Collation: Paper ; fol. 171 ; catchwords ; partial pagination in ink using Hindu-Arabic numerals ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.

Description: Written in small naskh in black ink.
Origin: Copied 1010 by al-ʻAllāmah Shaykh al-Islām Abū al-Ṭayyib Muḥammad ibn Shaykh al-Islām al-Badr al-Ghazzī (see fol. 3a and 4a). On fol. 150a, the name of the copyist is given as (Abū al-Ṭayyib) Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad al-Ghazzī al-ʻĀmirī al-Shāfiʻī al-Ashʻarī.
Several ownership statements on fol. 3a-4a, one in the name of Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd al-Raḥmān known as Ibn al-Ghazzī, dated 1121 H. [1709 or 10]). Several reading statements on fol. 171b. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942. - Keyword:
