On fol. 8b: audition statement (samāʻ) of Abū al-Majd ibn Manṣūr ibn Abī al-Qāsim al-Āmidī al-Zajjāj, who heard the text read before ʻAbd al-Jalīl ibn Abi Ghālib al-Iṣfahānī in Rabīʻ al-Thānī 610 H. [1213] in Damascus (see also fol. 1a and incipit). Two additions (fāʼidah) on fol. 31a.

Description: Rubricated. Light cream glazed paper with laid lines and chain lines (grouped by three?) visible. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Collation notes. Severe worm damage.
