Incipit: "Exhortatio ad peno[ne?]rios. Compertum habeo M. D. Nobilissimis civis in hac urbe iuram."
Collation: 1-88 92 104 1112(1+1) 1212 1310(4+1) 14-1512 168. Catchword at the end of quire 3 does not match first word of quire 4, suggesting that at least 1 quire has been lost. Upside-down, irregular, and crossed-out foliation appears in the bottom left of verso pages in the first section, suggesting that the paper was reused from another source.
Layout: Quires 1-9 written in 17-20 long lines; border ruled writing space of 148 x 108 mm. Dimensions of writing space vary frequently after that as hands change.
Script: Written in humanistic script in many hands (some humanistic cursive).
Binding: limp parchment manuscript waste with flap; manuscript waste is a document in (14th century?).
Origin: Dates in text include 1472 and 1473. Produced in Italy based on script and content.
Former shelfmark: Unidentified former owner, B. 120 Cod. 2.
