Script: Written in lettre bâtarde.
Layout: Written in 19 lines.
Decoration: A single one-line initial of gold on red ground; decorative line fillers alternating in red and blue; bas-de-page miniature depicting eight bodies wrapped in winding sheets, some facial features distinguishable, arranged around a crucifix, picked out in gold, on a pedestal, against a blue sky.
Binding: mounted on disbound lower board of volume bound in 18th-century calf.
Origin: Written in Amiens, probably around 1545. "Au dessoubz gist selon degre mortel demisielle Marie Pinguerel...L'an mil cinq cens quarante-cinq morut."
