Origin: Written in France at the end of 1522 or before March 1523 (Wolfe-Zacour).
Title supplied by cataloger; title page missing.
Binding: Contemporary sheepskin (Zacour-Hirsch).
Foliation: Parchment; 16 (2 leaves cut out between first two leaves); [1-16]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Layout: Written in a single column of 26 lines; frame-ruled in lead.
Script: Written in a round humanist script.
Decoration: Paragraph signs and initial letters are gold on alternate red and blue backgrounds and the spaces at paragraph ends are filled with decorations of the same colors. Rubrics in red (ff. 2r, 3r, 10r, 14r).
