Folio 10r contains the subscription of the notary Johannes de Novara (f. 10r). This manuscript appears to have been his notarial copy.
Collation: Paper, i (modern paper) + 14 + i (modern paper); 114; the first quire (f. 1-10, presumably 110) is missing; 11-14, 16, 19-20, 25-26, 29, 31-34; contemporary foliation in ink, upper right recto; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Script: Written in a Gothic cursive script.
Decoration: Penwork initials, partially flourished, throughout; initial with face drawn inside (f. 1r).
Watermarks: Large fish.
Binding: 20th-century half vellum over cardboard.
Origin: Written in Perugia (Italy), 1448-1449 (f. 1r and 13v).
Some leaves worn and frayed at the edges. Cover pulling away at front hinge.
