Script: Despite its fairly late date, the whole codex, with its many hands, displays Gothic medieval calligraphies, with crabbed scripts and the usual excessive number of abbreviations, and was seemingly unaffected by humanist calligraphic influences.
Binding: 20th-century library cloth over boards.
Belonged to the Marquis of Taccone (late 18th-century), who was treasurer to the kingdom of Naples. Purchased by the University of Chicago in 1891 of S. Calvary & Co. of Berlin. - Keyword:
