Foliation: Paper i (modern paper) + 85 + i (modern paper); [1-85]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Layout: Written in 39-49 long lines; ruled in lead.
Decoration: 3-line to 6-line initials with pink, red, blue, green, gray, and gold ornamentation, some with foliate extensions (f. 1r, 8v, 10v, 16v, 23v, 35r, 37v, 49r, 52v); simple 3-line red initials throughout, with rubrication used for capitals, underlining, and paragraph markers.
Script: Written in a Gothic cursive script by a single hand, with marginal annotations in a second hand.
