Script: Gothic -- textualis semi-quadrata
Decoration: Twelve full-page miniatures with borders on three sides; five-or six-line illuminated initials beginning each section, two-line illuminated initials beginning subsections, and one-line alternating initials beginning verses; rubrication in red; red penwork flourishes throughout
Provenance: Written around 1450, in Northern Flanders, perhaps Brussels; the illustrations, which were produced separately, may come from Utrecht; early provenance unknown; unidentified 1910 catalogue entry inside front cover; given to Bryn Mawr College in 1982 by Agnes and Elizabeth Mongan - Keyword:
