Foliation: Parchment, 52; [1-52]; modern foliation in pencil, lower left recto.
Layout: Written in 2 columns of 80 lines; frame-ruled in lead.
Not bound, in 5 quires.
Decoration: 10-line red and blue puzzle initial with red and purple ornamentation (f. 1r); 2-line alternating red and blue initials with red or purple contrasting ornamentation; numerous manicules in different styles throughout.
Script: Written in a Gothic book script by a single hand, with many marginal notes in different hands.
