A small collection of judicial decisions according to the Ḥanafite school of law and jurisprudence. Beg.: بسم الله ... الماء الجاري ىجوز الاغتسال فىه والوضوء Colophon:[نجزالکتاب بحمد الله وعونه وحسن توفىقه على ىد اضعف عباد الله واحوجهم الى رحمته احمد بن علي الجرجموسي [؟] المؤذن عفى [عفا] الله عنه داعىا لمالکه بطول البقاء غفرالله له ولمن قرأ فىه ودعا لمالکه ولکاتبه ولجمىع المسلمىن امىن . سألتك بالله الذي خضعت * له السموات فهو الواحد الباري * اذا تصفحته استغفر لکاتبه * لعل کاتبه ىنجو من الناري * بتارىخ ثامن شهر رمضان المعظم قدره سنة اربع وخمسىن...
