Layout: Written in 2 columns of 47 lines; ruled in lead. Script: Written in a Gothic book script. Decoration: 9-line red and blue initial with red and green penwork ornamentation (f. 1r); simple red initials throughout; extensive rubrication used for headings, paragraph markers, capitals, and underlining. Binding: Modern vellum. Origin: Written in the lower Rhine valley[?] or Lowlands in the 15th century (Zacour-Hirsch). Sold by Jacques Rosenthal, ca. 1937. Sold by Lathrop G. Harper, 1948.
