Foliation: Paper, 132; [1-132]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto. Folios 6v-8v, 35r-40v, 52r-56r, 82r-82v, 86r-87r, 88v, 90v-92v, 93v-96r, 101v-108v, and 132r-132v are blank.
Script: Written in various cursive scripts by many different hands.
Decoration: Some sections with rubrication (for example, f. 75r, 76r, 89r).
Binding: Contemporary sheepskin, with clasp intact (Zacour-Hirsch).
Origin: Written in Austria[?] (Zacour-Hirsch) or northern Italy[?] in the 15th century.
A leaf in a later hand with "Adorationes" is laid in between f. 64 and f. 65.
Formerly owned by the Carthusian monastery at Buxheim (f. 9r), ms.V.88.h (f. 132v).
