Foliation: Paper, iii (contemporary paper) + 64 + i (contemporary paper); [iii], [1-64], [i]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Layout: Written in 20 long lines; ruled in drypoint.
Script: Written in a humanistic cursive script by a single hand.
Binding: 16th-century green vellum (Zacour-Hirsch).
Decoration: 3-line blue initials with red penwork ornamentation (f. 1r, 32v); 2-line red initial with blue penwork ornamentation (f. 3r); alternating red or blue paragraph marks throughout.
