Inscription (f. 158r): Universis et singulis presentes literas inspecturis Bonifacius de Almancir maior Cardinalis atque penitentiarius alme Ecclesie compostelano salutem in Domino sempiternam. Cum itaque sicut accepimus devotus in Christo Dominus Caesar Ludovicus Stradinus sacerdos et peregrinus confessus et absolutus fuit atque dominicum corpus in predicta Ecclesia recepit et pluries...
Foliation: Parchment, i + 158 + iii (16th-century[?] paper); [i], 7-176, [i]; contemporary foliation in ink, upper right recto (partially or completely trimmed away); modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto. Folios 52-56, 138-140, 146 are blank.
Layout: Written in 15 long lines; ruled in lead and ink.
Script: Written in a humanistic script by a single hand, except inscriptions (flyleaf [i] recto and f. 158r-v).
Origin: Written in Italy between 1450 and 1550 (Zacour-Hirsch). Date 1534 in inscription (f. 158r).
