Script: Written in Gothic book script by 3 different hands. Decoration: Extensive rubrication, capitals and initials in red and blue throughout, some with red or purple filigree (f. 1r-6r, 178r-193v). Binding: Modern calf, completely detached. Origin: Written in southern France in the 14th century (Zacour-Hirsch). Misbound, with some leaves missing. Sold at auction at Anderson Auction Company, New York, 12 May 1910, to E. B. Krumbhaar (Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia; inscription, second flyleaf recto). Formerly owned by J. E. Schulte.
