Foliation: Paper, 126; [1-126]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Binding: Contemporary blind-stamped calf, with remnants of cloth ties.
Script: Written in a German cursive script by one hand, except perhaps German prayers (f. 92r-94r) which appear to be in a second hand (Zacour-Hirsch), and some notes in a third hand signed ghy Aelle[?] (f. 4r, 90v).
Former owners are included the following inscriptions found in the beginning of the manuscript: Espoir conforte, Antoinne de Harnin; N'espoir né craincte, Max. de Borssélé, 1571 (f. 2r); Ac lede snyd croijs, contre fortune...Aelle[?]; Ariere de Fossees, 1571 (f. 4r); Soufrir pour parvenir, Richard de Merode, 1573 (f. 5r).
