Physical description: 25 lines per page. Written in thick medium large naskh in black ink with use of red. Soft biscuit paper, hardly translucid, with pulp visible. Fol. 1 and 240 are later additions (European paper). Marginal annotations. Table of contents on fol. 3b-5b. Biographical note on the author, excerpted from Ṭabaqāt al-ʻulamāʼ, and verses of poetry in praise of this book on fol. 1a...
