Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Thānī 223". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "321 Ḥāʼ". Collation: Paper, fol. i, 225, i ; i (later added endpaper; European paper with watermark) 110 (+2, fol. 1-2) 2-2110 2210 (+ 3, after fol. 222) i (later added endpaper; European paper with watermark) ; catchword on the verso of each leaf ; the quires are numbered using Arabic ordinals in the form "thānī" (see fol. 13a ; often cut off due to the trimming of the pages). Origin: Copy completed on Thursday 7 Rajab 850 [Sept. 28, 1446] by Muḥammad Shāh Ibn Abī Bakr al-Ḥamawī (colophon, fol. 224a). Two ownership statements, each with a seal, on fol. 3a, in the name of Muḥammad ibn Ḥusayn al-qāḍī in ... and of Qarwī(?) Zade ʻAbd al-Karīm Ibn al-Ḥājj Muḥammad.
