Copy completed in 964 (1556 or 57), in Aleppo, in the Bayāḍīyah mosque, by Muḥammad Abū al-Qāsim [al-Biyūndī ?] al-Ṭāliqānī -- colophon (fol. 315a). 19 lines per page. Written in small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Text is written within a frame outlined with two lines in red ink, with margins outlined with one line in red ink, except on ff. 5b and 6a which have frames in gold leaf outlined in black ink and no margins. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Foliation in Arabic numerals in black ink and in Western... Ownership signature on fol. 2a, accompanied by a circular seal with scalloped edges, in the name of Muṣṭafá ibn al-Shaykh ʻAbd al-Muʼmin (Another seal, circular with flower motifs and Muṣṭafá in the centre, on same fol.).
